1.Choose the right paint

2.Mold sandblasting is not good

Teflon paint has high requirements for the treatment of the substrate, and no sandblasting or bad spraying will affect its adhesion and easy to drop paint. In addition, if you choose too fine sand, the roughness after sandblasting is not enough, it will also affect the adhesion, we recommend using 80-120 mesh, the roughness after sandblasting is 3-5 microns.

3.The baking temperature of the top paint is improper

4.Paint is too thin

5.The heat of the primer is too high

After the primer is sprayed, it needs to be baked about 150-180 ° C, however, if the temperature is too high, baked to more than 220 ° C, and then baked at high temperature after spraying the top paint, the top paint is difficult to bond with the primer, resulting in easy separation of the bottom surface.

The long-term temperature of Teflon paint is below 260 ° C, and if the temperature is higher, it will slowly carbonize and decompose, and the service life is very short. 3.Material characteristics

4.Habits with the operator
