Product Description

SW7541,SW7542,SW7543 is a modified, fluorine-free, waterproof paper coating emulsion based on a specialized polymer system. It offers excellent heat-activated adhesion and printability, as well as excellent oil and grease resistance. It is proven biodegradable in industrial composting environments and meets FDA food contact regulations, making it an ideal choice for paper packaging applications.

Applications

1. SW7541 is suitable for use in disposable cups,packaging boxes, and other applications as a heat-sealable alternative to lamination.

2. SW7542 is suitable for food-contact paper, such as disposable food packaging bags and lunch boxes.

3. SW7543 is used in Barrier Coating for Paper Bags, and as a base formulation for functional coatings, providing excellent water-proof,moisture-proof, and barrier properties.

4. Depending on the application, Barrier Coating can be diluted with a specific proportion of deionized water. Thickeners can also be used to achieve varying viscosity requirements. If necessary, please follow our technical guidance and add appropriate amounts of defoaming, thickening, and wetting agents.
